, Supplemental Educational Services (SES) are
free
tutoring services that must be offered to low-income children who attend a Title I school that has not made adequate yearly progress (AYP) for at least three consecutive years. The Orange County Department of Education (OCDE) has been identified as an SES provider for the 2007-2008, providing families with an opportunity for their children to access extra academic help they need.
